Depending on the form: name, company, position, business e-mail, phone number, site or city, need type, technical information, constraints, budget, timing, validation criteria and free-text message.
The website is not a standalone CRM database: form content is sent to the website backend and then routed to SYNTAVER’s professional mailbox.

Recipients and service providers
Data is accessible to authorised H&H International Group and SYNTAVER personnel handling the request. Where technical scoping requires it, only the necessary information may be shared with group engineering teams or qualified project partners. The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, network and security services and Resend to route e-mail notifications.
Retention
Requests with no follow-up are kept only for a proportionate period. Prospect or pre-commercial relationship data may be retained for up to 3 years from the last active contact, unless a legal obligation, contractual relationship or evidentiary need justifies another period.
International transfers
Some technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are covered by the contractual mechanisms and safeguards made available by the relevant providers.
Your rights

Cookies and tracking
The website currently activates no advertising cookies, advertising profiling or marketing audience-measurement cookies. A strictly necessary preference cookie may be used only to remember that the information banner has been closed. See the cookie policy.

No Google Analytics or Google Ads tag is currently active. If these services are introduced, non-essential tags will remain blocked by default and will be loaded only in accordance with the visitor’s cookie choices. The cookie policy will describe the active tools and purposes.
